Invoice Terms
We request that first orders be settled on a Pro-forma basis.
Thereafter, payment is due no later than the 15th day of the calendar
month following Invoice Date. Pearce Ltd (t/a Brazilian Shapewear) will issue a full statement
at the beginning of every calendar month.

Payment
Prices are quoted in GBP or EURO ex VAT and payments can be made by
cheque to Pearce Ltd or BACS transfer in GBP or EURO.
For GBP customers only, payment can also be made using a Credit or Debit Card
by phoning 01743 466 566.

Full payment details are included on your Invoice and Monthly Statement.

Claims & Returns
Any delivery shortages or discrepancies must be notified to Pearce Ltd
at the address within five working days of receiving your order.
Brazilian Shapewear do not make refunds or offer replacements
or garments that have been damaged by a customer trying on.
All garments are checked for quality before leaving our premises.

Carriage
UK Mainland orders under £100,00 net are charged £10.00 net towards
carriage and handling. Eurozone - Orders under € 500,00 are charged at
€ 50.00 net towards Carriage & Handling.

Trademarks & Copyright
All photographs and copy remain Copyright of the Copyright Holders and
as such may not be copied/published in any way whatsoever without
their permission. Please contact us before using images
or photographs that we have provided.

Title
All goods remain the legal and beneficial property of Pearce Trading &
Services Ltd until full payment has been received but risk passes to the
Buyer at the time of delivery. If the Buyer commits any breach of his
obligations, including failure to pay for the goods by the due date, Pearce
Trading & Services Ltd shall have the right to enter the Buyer’s premises
with or without prior notice to retake possession of goods without
prejudice to any other remedy.
